For some, it is already a reality.

The problem is that most testing, training and coaching programmes are short term, quick fix and one dimensional. In fact, many have been designed for the person administering the programme, instead of for YOU. They’re like motivational seminars – exciting today, gone tomorrow.
Without using the proper scientific tools to probe beneath the surface, even human resource experts is not very helpful. Because both of you are forced to take people at face value.

It’s human nature to measure yourself by your perception of yourself and how you compare to others. “I’m better at this than John, but worse at that than Jane…” This is limiting because the input comes from you, usually through the ‘hang-ups’ foisted on you by parents, friends, family, teachers and colleagues.

Even training, motivational seminars and books don’t have lasting impact. It all becomes a self defeating loop.
